1 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
1 Whole Wheat Pita
1/4 C 2% Italian 3 Cheese Blend
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees and spray a small baking sheet with a no-stick spray.
Use the 8 oz can of tomato sauce to make a homemade pizza sauce. Add in a little basil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and let simmer for a few minutes.
Spread 1/4 of a cup of your homemade pizza sauce onto your whole wheat pita and top it off with 1/4 cup of the Italian 3 cheese.
Place your pita pizza on the small baking sheet and bake for approximately 8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
