Pizza is cheap to make and a tasty bread. It is very popular in Italy and is sold on the streets and in the markets. It comes with different types of dough like basic dough, thick dough, cheesy dough, etc. It is made using ingredients like flour, yeast or baking powder, salt, eggs, etc. The dough is topped with fillings like black olive, capsicums, basil, seafood, cheese, etc making it delicious and irresistible. The following is a simple pizza dessert recipe and seafood Tomatoes Pizza recipe that gives you some toppings ideas.

PIZZA DOUGH MAKING (BASIC)

Flour 500 g
Water 270 g
Yeast 4 g
Sugar 25 g
Salt 5 g
Olive Oil: 25 g

Methods

Step 1: Put Yeast into a dry bowl
Step 2: Add in flour, sugar and salt. Mix the ingredients.
Step 3: Add in water, little at a time. Mix and knead into dough.
Step 4: Add in olive oil. Continue to knead the dough.
Step 5: Divide the dough into 200g of smaller dough rolls. Leave it for 40 minutes to rise.

Note: Brush the pan with some olive oil before spreading the dough on the pan to bake; this is to prevent the dough from sticking on the pan.

Seafood Tomatoes Pizza

Ingredients

Pizza Dough 1
Tomatoes Sauce 3 table spoon
Cuttlefish.
Prawn 10
Tomatoes 5 small ones
Mozzarella Cheese 100 g

Methods

Step 1: Brush some olive oil on the pan. Flatten the dough and spread it on the pan.
Step 2: Spread tomatoes sauce on the dough.
Step 3: Slice cuttlefish, tomatoes, clean the prawns by removing prawn shells and waste. Shred mozzarella cheese.
Step 4: Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese on the dough.
Step 5: Spread slice cuttlefish, prawns and tomatoes on top of the dough. Sprinkle the dough with the rest of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 6: Bake the pizza at 200 degree for 8-12 minutes. Ready to serve.
