Many people are under the assumption that to lose weight, you need to do a lot of exercise. Well let me tell you this, your assumption is very wrong. Yes, you do need to exercise. But, did you know that if you simply change and keep to a healthier diet, you would have won 80% of the battle.

And this has been clinically proven by various doctors and scientists. So let me start off by showing you how just one food you can eat to lose weight can change your life drastically. And isn’t this exactly what you want?

Like chicken, turkey is actually pretty damn healthy. And of course, it tastes absolutely amazing. So those who celebrate thanks giving and Christmas should be delighted that they are getting the chance to eat this amazing food to eat to lose weight. Now of course, this does mean that you would have to eat it more often then just annually. And it also means that you have to follow certain guidelines when preparing the turkey.

Turkey is also a great substitute for horribly unhealthy foods, like hamburgers and cheeseburgers. Look, if you are serious about losing weight, then you really have to stop eating all that crap. Did you know that you can prepare turkey with spaghetti, or make a turkey sandwich? And don’t you think that is a lot healthier then eating something like a hamburger (the huge amounts of oil and cheese is only going to make you become really fat)?

Now let me put the icing on the cake. You might be worried that you can only buy a whole turkey. But don’t worry alright? Like the chicken, you can buy the individual parts, like the thighs or breasts. So that means you won’t risk letting the turkey rot at home.

Alright then, I know that this is just one food I’ve shown you. But I chose this food because it is a fantastic substitute for so many unhealthy burgers! Plus, it is really versatile. And this is what makes it an amazing food to eat to lose weight.
